I returned an opened item once, it was pretty straightforward. You'll probably have to cover return shipping but they were cool about it. Just check their policy page.

They do accept returns even if opened, which is nice. Just make sure to initiate it within their timeframe, usually 30 days or so. I think you might need to contact them first though.

Usually, those welcome discounts work for your first order across the board. The only thing I've seen excluded are sometimes already discounted bundles, but it's worth checking at checkout.

I used their baby balm for my niece who had really bad eczema and it was fine. No harsh chemicals, all natural stuff. They have an eczema cream too you might want to look at.
